Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law.

Release Information

Many of our AWON Members are here because they wish to connect with and find out about others who are related or connected to our Fathers who gave up their lives in the service of our country. They may be here for research purposes or simply desire to share experiences with those like them.

If you are willing to share your information with other AWON Members, you may give your permission by selecting “_” below. By granting other AWON Members access to your information, you release the American WWII Orphans Network from any liability that may arise from sharing that information.

AWON Membership information is confidential and will never be sold or released to any other organization or business.
